Our spring menu is now available & celebrates the fresh, vibrant flavours that this time of year brings. Grown with care & cooked with love, we have picked the very best the season has to offer. Creamy burrata with broad beans, lovage pesto & smoked piquillo peppers – order some bread to mop it up as you won’t want to waste a drop. ChalkStream trout with watercress sauce, spinach & crushed potatoes – this dish is spring on a plate. Beautifully zingy tarte au citron with Normandy crème fraiche – the citrus sugar & lemon zest confit add a contemporary twist to this French favourite. Our new menu beautifully weaves together dishes that celebrate the kaleidoscope of colour that is spring & taste just as good as they look.
