Roast leftover flesh with olive oil & seasoning, add some stock, simmer & blend for a fantastic pumpkin soup. Serve with some warm crusty bread for the ultimate winter warmer.

Oven roast left-over seeds for a super healthy snack, or pickle your pumpkin with cider vinegar for a tangy accompaniment to lovely autumn pork dishes.
